For over 30 years the IWT has worked to protect and enhance Ireland’s habitats and species.  Our aim is the conservation of all plants and animals from deepwater corals to mountaintop lichens, from the smallest ants to the largest whales in the sea and from obscure fungi to charismatic favorites like the graceful swan.

We acquire nature reserves to safeguard species, we educate young and old about the importance and diversity of wildlife and we lobby government at the highest levels to ensure our wildlife is protected, with the benefits reaching centuries into the future.

By making a will and pledging a legacy to the Irish Wildlife Trust, you can help us achieve our aims to conserve Ireland’s wildlife and habitats.  If you would like to include us in your will, please discuss your options with your solicitor when drawing up your will.
